Chocolate chip banana muffins

This recipe includes quinoa flakes as a secret ingredient. They have been chosen to help increase the protein and nutrient content of these muffins. It will also help to keep blood sugar stable and help stop that afternoon energy slump from hitting.

I always double this recipes and freeze half of the muffins for another week. I try not to keep them longer than a month in the freezer. They never usually last that long anyway.
